These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "the Terms") govern the use of the Oplexx application (hereinafter — "the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Oplexx is a social platform providing messaging, content publishing, voice and video calls, and an AI assistant.
Registration is required to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
When using the App, the following is prohibited:
You retain the rights to the content you create and publish in the App. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display it within the App.
Oplexx Pro and Oplexx Max are auto-renewable subscriptions available with monthly or annual billing.
Auto-renewal terms:
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal cost is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscription management and auto-renewal can be turned off in your Apple ID account settings on your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Refunds for subscriptions are handled in accordance with Apple's policy. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The App provides AI assistant features. AI responses are informational in nature and do not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses.
The App is provided "as is." We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
