This Privacy Policy describes how the Oplexx application (hereinafter — "the App", "we") collects, uses, and protects user information.
We never share users' personal data with third parties — under any circumstances, under any conditions, for any purposes.
During registration you provide your name and email address — these are the only data we request. We do not collect device data, geolocation, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any other information about you.
For the App to function, the following data is stored on our servers:
This data is stored solely for the purpose of delivering messages and displaying content within the App. We do not analyze, read, or use the contents of your messages and posts for any purposes.
We do not share user data with anyone, ever.
Your data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to any third parties. We categorically do not share data for advertising purposes — not with advertising networks, not with analytics services, not with partners, not with anyone. Data does not leave our infrastructure (except in cases directly required by applicable law pursuant to a court order).
When you delete a message, post, or media file — the data is deleted from our servers. When you delete your account, all your data is completely erased from our servers, including your profile, messages, posts, comments, and media files. To delete your account, write to support@oplexx.com.
All data is transmitted over an encrypted channel (TLS/HTTPS). Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes and cannot be read even by us.
The App does not use cookies, trackers, analytics SDKs, or advertising identifiers. We do not track user behavior.
The App is not intended for persons under 13 years of age.
If the Policy is updated, users will be notified through the App.
